At Kundan Jewellery, all products are usually ready for immediate dispatch unless specified otherwise, i.e. "pre-order". In the off chance that a product is sold out, it will be made on order basis which will take 4-6 weeks approximately. If in stock, it will be dispatched immediately. If sold out, it will take approx 4-6 weeks for dispatch. Should you require your order sooner, please message +447568491725 via WhatsApp.
We are proud to announce that we offer both standard and express delivery options, as clarified below. Kindly note that when you select the express option at checkout, it correlates to how quickly you will receive your order once it has been processed and dispatched. Express does not expediate the manufacturing time, if the item is out of stock.
Before placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to enquire about a product's availability and how quickly they will recieve it. Once your order has been placed, it is immediately passed on to our manufacturing team to begin work on your order. As and when your order is ready, we will dispatch it to yourself using your pre-selected delivery option. UK Delivery (Royal Mail):
- Standard: 2-4 business days
- Express: 1-3 business days
Europe Delivery (DPD/FedEx/UPS/Royal Mail):
- Standard: 2-11 business days
USA & Canada Delivery (DPD/FedEx/UPS/Royal Mail):
- Express: 2-11 business days
You must clearly fill out the shipping & billing information so that all the information is correctly filled in and the product safely and efficiently finds it new home! If any mistake has been made when filling in any of the information, please get in contact with us immediately via WhatsApp. Once the order has been fulfilled & dispatched, we are unable to change any delivery information. Kundan Jewellery is not responsible for items being dispatched to the wrong address because of incorrect details given. We do not ship to PO Boxes. On international orders, the purchaser bears the responsibility of any customs charges.
When packing your order, the greatest care is taken. All stones, beading, dori/chains and backings are thoroughly checked and securely packed. All items come wrapped in bubble wrap for safe transport. This applies on all products sold by Kundan Jewellery.
Please note, we only ship on weekdays (Monday to Friday). For example, if an order is placed on Friday night, it will be shipped out on Monday morning. When shipped, your order will be complete and you will be sent an email confirmation, containing the tracking information. You may also get updates via SMS/Email from the delivery company, indicating delivery dates and times and further options for delivery if you are not available on the scheduled delivery day.
